Established in 1991, Gym owner Paul Royston is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach's in professional sport and he is currently back coaching our local Rugby League team Keighley Cougars after four successful seasons with the Batley Bulldogs RLFC including a Super League Promotion Play-off Final appearance and a Wembley '1895 Cup Final'.
