Classes

We offer an extensive range of classes at both our Keighley and Shipley Gyms. They run from Monday to Sunday and are all tailored towards achieving different goals.

All our classes are free to members and you are advised to call and book a place for Workouts Spin as places are limited!

Circuit Training

A Circuit based high intensity workouts based in the cardio gym using a selection of different equipment to get your heart rate up and burn fat.  

Workouts Spin

This is a fun packed class using stationary bikes that simulates hills and sprints designed for beginners to advanced clients. It delivers a high calorie burn that is Ideal for fat loss and toning up as well as a supplement to a cycling training plan. Great for toning up the legs and torso and getting rid of that stubborn fat.

Intensity & Fab Abs

This high octane workout will not only increase your levels of fitness but will blast away stubborn fat delivering an efficient calorie burning workout that tones every inch of your body.

Kettlebell

Targets the large muscle groups of the legs, shoulders and core; thus promoting muscle tone and a calorie burn of up to 400 in just a thirty minute class. Variety of weights can be used to suit all ages and abilities.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A class that focuses on the most stubborn of areas. This class is extremely popular with our female members delivering them a fun class that tones and builds muscular endurance.

HIIT Circuit Training

Whether you're new to fitness or experienced HIIT Circuits could be just the thing for you. These fast paced circuits torch fat and burn tones of calories so you don't need to spend hours in the gym.

Zumba - With Angela Fish

This is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow class that has its origins in Latin inspired dance.

Boxercise - With Stuart Gunning

Aspects of Boxing rolled into an intense aerobic workout using bag work, pads, shadow boxing and dynamic exercises and stretches.

Workouts Bootcamp

This indoor class is designed to torch every part of your body. Each station is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. The ultimate workout for a sculpted figure and burning unwanted fat.

Cardio Step

Contemporary aerobic-step class using dynamic exercises on & around step box with dumb bells & resistance bands.

Tabata

A modern training concept that is considered the gold standard fat-burning method which was awarded ‘The Miracle Workout’ by Women’s Health magazine in Winter 2013. It is intense, interval based training.

Core, Quads & Glutes Circuit

A dynamic circuit of abdominal (abs/stomach) and glutes (bum/butt) exercises to tone and shape.

Pump & Tone

A resistance based exercise class using barbells and dumbbells to tone the muscles with varying duration and reps to each routine; the ultimate body sculpting workout.
